Calling Madsen's is the best way to get one of these hats. They are available from Amazon and a couple other places online, but Madsen's has them for about half the price as everywhere else.
When you receive it, it will be all rolled up, and badly misshapen because of that. Just hit it with some steam (I use a clothes steamer, but a tea kettle will work A-OK) and put it into the shape you want it. That shape will hold once it is dry. For extra hold over a longer term, just hit it with some hairspray. Works amazing!
